This hands-on technical leadership role entails defining architecture and ensuring reliable delivery of Kubernetes-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in infrastructure engineering, strong expertise in Kubernetes, and experience leading teams in delivering platform solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering, with 5+ years focused on Kubernetes.
• Deep hands-on expertise with upstream Kubernetes, RKE2, and Rancher Gov stack.
• Proven experience implementing GitOps workflows with Fleet or ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the platform from architecture to deployment.
• Provide technical direction in upstream Kubernetes and RKE2.
• Implement and scale GitOps pipelines using Fleet and ArgoCD.
