Qualifications

  • Graduation from a recognized two-year program in Food Service and Nutrition Management.
  • One year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Food Safe Certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises designated staff by scheduling and coordinating work assignments.
  • Plans menus and develops recipes according to nutritional needs.
  • Monitors expenditures and makes recommendations for budget allocations.
  • Coordinates meal preparation and related duties for community services.
