• Proven experience in large quantity food preparation and financial planning.
• Experience leading and inspiring a food services team.
• Familiarity with Ontario Food Premises Regulation and relevant acts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that diet and nutritional requirements are met.
• Plan and support catering functions in the Village.
• Lead and support the food service team with training and coaching.
