L3Harris MAPPS is seeking an experienced Finance Lead who will be responsible for financial items related to L3 Harris MAPPS change of ERP systems. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who collaborates cross functionally with a variety of individuals within Finance and across the organization. Must be able to effectively interface with program management and senior levels of management. The ideal candidate has a passion and ability to focus on the important business details driving key financial needs in the new system while continually assessing reasonableness, understanding why something changes, and determining how to achieve desired business results.
This is a highly visible role and has the ability to drive change and create value for the organization for many years to come through insightful analysis and actionable recommendations for the set up of the new system.
