Job description

Insight Global is looking for a data focused Business Analyst with strong wealth management knowledge. This role will bridge business needs with data insights, helping shape how we view revenue generation and client suitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with senior leaders providing thought leadership for informed decision making
  • Ability to collaborate and guide discussions on approach, scope, etc. with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, analysts, legal, PR, development, QA, etc. to deliver accurate positioning and storytelling of products and solutions.
  • Elicit and document business requirements in order to construct personas, identify user profiles, and write requirement documents.
  • Translate complex financial metrics (capital allocation, revenue attribution, cost of capital, etc.) into actionable specifications.
  • Ability to work on process mapping and gap analysis by documenting the current state and future state workflows with alignment with data architecture and business goals.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), scenario modeling, and reporting requirements for executive dashboards and assist in change management, training, and communication efforts during tool rollout

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements for Wealth Investment and/or Lending Products and pricing solutions.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of gathering Data and functional requirements for identifying prospecting clients, risk profiling, pricing, capital
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for productive discussions, requirements gathering, and problem solving.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Data visualization tools like Power BI
