Job summary

The role involves managing the planning and delivery of training for aircraft maintenance technicians. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, ten years of experience in aircraft maintenance, and leadership experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required. Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• At least two (2) years of experience as an Instructor.
• Operational knowledge of applicable National Aviation Authorities (NAA) regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff to ensure training standards are maintained.
• Improve business performance through Technical Training.
• Ensure application of continuous improvement initiatives.
