Overview

Are you a skilled Medical Lab Technologist looking to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Slave Lake Laboratory is seeking a dedicated Medical Lab Technologist to join our exceptional team! In addition to a competitive rate of pay, APL currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.

Responsibilities

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) I, you will be responsible for the daily processing, testing, results analysis and reporting of diagnostic samples within the laboratory department. You will perform a variety of routine and specialized procedures in the processing of specimens used in diagnosis, treatment and research.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with Vitros XT, Access II, Sysmex, Triage, iSTAT, EPIC & phlebotomy skills.
