Responsibilities

• Prepare daily samples for inspection.
• Sort and file all required documents and samples.
• Record results in logbook and maintain records of samples and data logs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lab, including equipment, floors, and counters.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing grain samples.
• Perform routine testing of malt germinations, falling number of wheat and rye, immunoassay of mycotoxins, protein sizing, and test weights of malt barley.

Lab Assistant

What you'll do
