• 3–5 years experience in L2/SRE/DevOps for enterprise SaaS or real-time systems.
• Fluency in SQL and comfort with queues/schedulers.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own L2 escalations; reproduce, isolate, and fix issues across services.
• Investigate ingest and ETL failures; run safe replays and backfills.
• Analyze logs, traces, and database metrics; apply targeted changes.
