This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including Vendor Partners, Learning Solution Architects, Program Managers, and Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The primary goal is to support business strategic priorities, enable people strategies, and impact key business measures through effective learning projects.

Summary of day-to-day responsibilities
- Provide oversight on the design and development of learning programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging common content and learning structures.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in instructional design, offering expertise in various delivery methods such as virtual classrooms, eLearning, webinars, and in-class workshops.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the delivery of effective and innovative learning solutions, providing feedback on the most effective blend of learning activities.
