A leading toy company is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the Operations team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with 1–2 years of project coordination experience, particularly in an agency setting. Responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating workflow, and acting as a point of contact with external creative agencies to ensure seamless communication. Our MEGA Brand Design team's mission is to create, develop and produce innovative visual communication strategies to promote and sell our products on different platforms, from packaging to marketing. With close collaboration between our internal and external experts, we aim to deliver creative visual strategies that will reinforce our brand and ensure the global success of our products.
As the volume and complexity of our projects grow, we are expanding our coordination team to ensure seamless delivery and clear communication across all touchpoints. We’re seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support our Operations team. This role will partner closely with our Senior Coordinator and Operations Manager to manage timelines, support cross‑functional planning, and act as a point of contact between internal teams and external creative agencies.
