Overview

Junior Administrative Assistant

On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Advice Centre Senior Vice President’s office with administrative tasks
  • Get lunch and coffee for Senior Vice President
  • Provide Senior Vice President with print outs, as requested
  • Scan and upload expense receipts to Concur; request receipts from vendors, as needed
  • Email work anniversary letters
  • Order catering
  • Unpack moving bins and organize storage / filing system
  • Distribute work announcements to Senior Management Team
  • Book meeting rooms at WPP
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Prepare invoices for processing
  • Support the organizing of team events and offsites
  • Point person for Building Support Officer (BSO) requests
  • Receive and return packages
  • Send mail and packages by courier or interoffice mail
  • Asset management (moving / transferring / cancelling assets i.e., building access passes, phones, laptops, etc.)
  • Other admin duties as requested
