Qualifications

  • Experience with reading and interpreting all drawings.
  • Ability to establish control points accurately.
  • Experience with industrial and/or commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Install various types of mechanical equipment accurately.
  • Perform rigging and equipment installation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Skills

Journeyperson Pipefitter or Plumber

Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd. is seeking an experienced Journeyperson Pipefitter or Plumber for the RDKB Trail Wastewater Treatment Plant in Trail, Briitsh Columbia. This is a great opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure project with one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies and be part of a dynamic, industry-leading team!

Responsibilities/Qualifications

We are looking for pipefitters who have experience with:

  • Reading & interpreting interferences from all drawings
  • Establishing control points with accuracy
  • Able to provide leadership.
  • Experience with compressed air piping and process hot/cold water piping systems.
  • Experience with PVC/HDPE and stainless-steel piping
  • Able to install various types of mechanical equipment and architectural hardware.
  • Able to transfer levels over large distances with accuracy.
  • Rigging and installing equipment
  • Mechanical bolt-up
  • Experience with industrial and/or commercial construction is an asset.
  • Knowledge of water treatment and/or wastewater treatment facility construction an asset
  • Valid Zoom Boom Ticket is considered an asset.
