Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor your attention to detail will show the Housekeeping team that you are committed to providing luxury guest experiences. The energy and enthusiasm you display will create a fun place to work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large team of Room Attendants to achieve high standards of cleanliness and luxury.
• Inspect guest rooms, focusing on creating unique and special moments for guests.
• Coach Room Attendants during daily operations, providing feedback to enhance quality of work.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas.
• Assist in training and supervising housekeeping colleagues.
• Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their assigned section.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping and/or as a room attendant in a similar setting.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate colleagues.
• Valid Alberta driver's license (asset).
• Visa requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel cannot assist with Canadian work authorization.
