Are you a technical wizard and enjoy troubleshooting problems? We are looking to recruit a permanent IT Support Technician, Tier 2. Do you enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing? Working in a stunning mountain resort, the successful candidate will be responsible for daily duties that include responding to internal requests for technical support, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work using issue tracking systems, onboarding/offboarding user administration, asset management and documentation, and hardware staging, installation, troubleshooting and repair. This role offers opportunities for career development within the Sun Peaks IT department, the IT field in general, and the ski industry overall. $65,000 to $70,000 per annum
Medium; work activities involve handling loads up to 25kg; both in an indoor & outdoor setting.
