Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our growing company and team. You will provide advanced technical support for organization‑issued Windows‑based IT support used by our field‑based clients. This role handles escalated incidents from Tier I support and is responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex device, application, connectivity, and access issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier II support for Windows 10/11 tablets, including OS updates, reinstallation, drivers, and general maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix Workspace and Virtual App issues, including installation and certificate‑related access problems
  • Support mobile connectivity, including SIM activation, APN configuration, Wi‑Fi, and mobile network troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve GPS and location‑service issues, including hardware, software, and sensor calibration
  • Provide Azure Active Directory support, including password resets, user provisioning, and role‑based access
  • Deliver clear, effective technical support to field‑based employees and explain solutions in plain language
  • Create and maintain simple, repeatable troubleshooting guides and documentation
  • Escalate unresolved issues as needed and collaborate with Tier I, Tier III, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role, with Tier II responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 tablets or mobile devices
  • Hands‑on experience with Citrix Workspace and Virtual Apps
  • Working knowledge of certified‑based authentication, mobile networking, GPS systems, and/or device drivers
  • Experience supporting Azure Active Directory
  • Proven ability to support non‑technical users, particularly those working in field or remote environments
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
