Strong knowledge of QA Automation approaches and technologies as well as a demonstrable ability to put these into practice are keys to a successful candidate.

Skillset

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in testing
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in test automation
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Strong programming skills in .NET Core, Java, Python or equivalent
• Proficient in SQL with ability to write and maintain database queries
• Demonstrable knowledge of testing methodologies
• Self‑motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to detail
• Strong troubleshooting skills and able to manage and prioritize tasks
• Think creatively and propose options/solutions to challenges
• Integration of automated tests with continuous integration solutions such as Azure/Jenkins/Octopus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in a global team environment
• Financial Services experience an advantage

About the Role

IT QA Automation Engineer – Private Equity: The PE IT team supports Citco’s fast growing Private Equity (PE) Fund Administration business. The data and applications environment supports our global PE business teams and clients with approximately $400 billion under administration. The IT QA Automation Engineer works closely within a cross‑functional organization of business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure engineers to define, measure and verify Quality Standards and Controls through all phases of the SDLC in this fast paced and growing line of business. It will also be necessary to align with CITCO’s global governance standards and ensure PE IT benefits from our global best practices for Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities
