What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource schedules
- Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and document project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and formal documentation for stakeholders
- Define and enforce quality standards and coordinate quality reviews and sign‑offs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in project management or project coordination with increasing responsibility
- 7+ years of experience developing project plans and schedules using scheduling tools
- 7+ years of experience identifying risks and creating mitigation plans
- 7+ years of documentation skills, including preparing executive‑level status reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline

- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and liaise with cross‑functional teams
- Experience tracking project KPIs and conducting lessons‑learned reviews
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
