Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years financial industry experience with an emphasis on Custody activity.
• Prior business analysis experience in an application support environment.
• Good written and spoken English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations requests for assistance and oversee the production applications.
• Perform level 1 and 2 support and complex analysis of reported issues.
• Ensure excellent communication, reporting and escalation as needed.
