Overview

Seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of PMO or Program/Portfolio Management within the Technology, Banking or Consultancy industry. In this fast paced environment, you must be able to prioritize tasks, work within deadlines, take a pragmatic and considered approach, and pay close attention to details. You will need to employ strong oral and written communication skills, coaching, mentoring and coordinating among a diverse team of PMOs to deliver on tight regulatory deadlines. Management status update preparation and review, and strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies with a strong mix of analytical and problem solving skills are required for this role.

Finance & Risk Technology is a front to back IT team that works with our Finance & Risk functions to design cutting edge solutions.



Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate across a team of PMs and PMOs to ensure compliance with consent order/regulatory mandates and provide status reporting on Citi's investments process.

  • Coordinate for several areas within regulatory projects portfolio.

  • Assist technology leads and project managers in managing the investments process and adherence to regulatory mandates.

  • Liaise with a range of teams from COO, Technology Central Business Office, Technology Leads, and Management Office team, providing insightful financial and business analyses and developing senior management reports, to define and track key operational/program metrics and to help drive business decisions to achieve goals.

  • Utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to effectively communicate issues, risks and progress on complex processes to multiple stakeholders.

  • Self-initiate, work productively when unsupervised and multitask across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Has the confidence and ability to convincingly structure, summarize, defend and present recommendations.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical subject.

  • Domain certification highlighting competency in project management, project/program financials, etc.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience preferred with certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent); otherwise 10+ years without certification.

  • Strong understanding of project or portfolio level financials and reporting.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting with clear and concise data analysis and presentation.
