A leading cooperative organization in Canada is hiring an IT platform administrator to support their RPA and BPM platforms. This role involves providing technical support, monitoring system stability, and managing incidents. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience, including knowledge of technologies such as Windows Server and SQL. Desjardins’s IT Foundations teams bring together the organization’s cross‑sector IT capacities and provide ongoing support to a growing number of digital projects. The Foundations, Digital Experience, Process Automation and Cross‑Sector Functions Department covers 16 foundations and supports Desjardins Group’s business sectors. It provides them with technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture targets and the needs of various teams. Its mission is to modernise and simplify the IT landscape while ensuring the security, stability and compliance of solutions. As part of this accelerated digital transformation, we’re looking for an IT platform administrator to play a key role in the evolution and operation of our robotisation (RPA), business process management (BPM) and digital adoption platforms. You’ll actively participate in maintaining and upgrading the RPA (Blue Prism), BPM (TIBCO) and digital adoption (WalkMe) platforms to ensure their performance and stability. You’ll work in a dynamic and stimulating environment using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and you’ll collaborate with managers, architects, developers and other IT professionals.
