What You Will Accomplish with Us

As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, evolving, and supporting video conferencing solutions, particularly MTR environments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of video conferencing equipment and software.

  • Actively participating in the design, deployment, and improvement of MTR rooms in various offices and agencies.

  • Collaborating with IT teams, suppliers, and partners to integrate best practices in digital collaboration.

  • Monitoring MTR environments using specialized tools, analyzing incidents, and proposing sustainable solutions.

  • Automating equipment management and deployment processes to improve operational efficiency.

  • Providing expert-level support to users and internal teams, including training and documentation.

  • Participating in the development of technological standards and strategic monitoring of video conferencing solutions.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and tools related to the digital user experience.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their mastery of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) solutions, including certified equipment, network configurations, and integrations with Microsoft 365.

  • Stands out for their knowledge in networking, particularly in configuring and troubleshooting IP networks, VLAN, QoS, and secure connectivity for MTR environments.

  • Demonstrates a strong ability to analyze performance, diagnose technical issues, and propose improvements.

  • Is recognized for their excellent communication, simplification, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

  • Has over 5 years of experience in a similar role, along with a recognized degree in computer science.

  • Has demonstrated experience in deploying, managing, and supporting large-scale video conferencing solutions.

  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of audio/video protocols, connectivity standards (HDMI, USB-C, PoE, etc.), and Windows environments.

  • Masters IT asset management, monitoring tools (e.g., Teams Admin Center, ServiceNow, PowerBI), and technical documentation.

  • Stands out for their knowledge of ITIL, Lean/Agile principles, and the ability to apply them in a digital transformation context.

  • Intermediate level of English language proficiency is required as the person will participate in meetings, collaborate on projects, and respond to questions on a weekly basis in English with English-speaking partners and colleagues.
