A leading Canadian retailer is seeking an Investor Relations Associate and Finance Executive Assistant for executive support. The role required includes handling high-level administrative duties, managing communication and schedules while ensuring confidentiality and professional interaction. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives and possess strong communication skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment in Toronto, Ontario, with competitive salaries and additional employee benefits.
The Investor Relations Associate and Finance Executive Assistant will provide C-suite support to the Head of Investor Relations, and up to two Senior Vice Presidents/Vice-Presidents with administrative, managerial, and organizational tasks. The successful candidate will be a high-energy, experienced executive assistant with an extremely professional demeanor, business maturity and an ability to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information and high-level executives (internal and external), recognizing that s/he is an extension of the office of the executive(s) and will represent their presence accordingly. This role will appeal to a lifelong learner who is enthusiastic about better understanding the role that Investor Relations plays in shaping external market perceptions of the company and takes pride in their contribution to that role.
