A leading investment firm based in Toronto is seeking an experienced Investment Product Management Strategist. This role involves driving product strategy, conducting competitive research, and mentoring teams within Canada. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in investment roles, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or CFA preferred. The position offers competitive compensation and performance bonuses.

As the Investment Product Management Strategist, you will execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for products or offerings in Canada, ensuring that products are appropriately positioned, and that the product strategy is effectively executed to achieve business success in our retail and institutional business. You will be responsible for conducting competitive and industry research to inform future product development and partnering across the organization on go-to-market activities related to product management and launches. Additionally, you will be an integral partner across business functions within Canada and the broader global organization, as well as an important mentor to the product team in Canada.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
