Role Overview

• Position: Investment Banking Subject-Matter Expert – Contract, Remote
• Commitment: ~40hrs/week, minimum availability of ~20 hrs/week
• Duration: Long-term (6-12 months)
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance AI model training data in Investment Banking. Elevate the quality and rigor of AI-generated content.

Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Investment Banking topics.
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to Investment Banking topics, setting the gold standard for quality.
• Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics/evaluation frameworks to assess finance reasoning across tasks.
• Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks and write accurate solutions to Finance problems.
• Evaluate financial tasks and solutions, providing clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• Location: Currently living in the US
• Education: A Master\'s or Ph.D. degree from a top-tier university relevant to finance
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in an Investment Banking role at a reputable institution

Engagement Details

• Pay rate: $170-$190 per hour
• Flexible, remote work with significant impact on advanced AI models
• Long-term role directly reporting to the research team of a leading AI lab
• Join calibration calls with the client’s team 2-5x per week
