Overview

We are currently looking for an Inventory Manager to join our growing organization.

With inventory spread across multiple sites, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Inventory Manager to take ownership of stock accuracy and ERP integrity. This role is essential to improving financial control, closing interdepartmental gaps, and establishing strong inventory discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure inventory accuracy in our ERP system (Genius)
  • Manage cycle counts and lead monthly inventory audits
  • Reconcile incoming receipts, production consumption, and outbound shipments
  • Maintain the organization of material locations, labeling, and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Receiving, Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams
  • Provide detailed inventory reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for inventory processes and space optimization

Profile

  • Relevant degree (DEP, DEC, or Bachelor’s) in Inventory Management, Procurement, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse management
  • Experience with an ERP system (Genius or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary departments
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
