Job Description

Brilliant Equipment Services is a leading electrical supply wholesaler that provides new and reconditioned power distribution equipment to end users and electrical contractors. We are growing and seeking a dynamic and motivated Inventory Manager & Digital Listing Specialist to join our team. This role oversees the intake, cataloging, organization, and digital listing of inventory across our three warehouse locations, maintains precise inventory records, ensures proper labeling and placement of items, and uploads select inventory to e-commerce platforms such as eBay.

Overview

Position: Inventory Manager & Digital Listing Specialist

Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years of inventory management experience (in electrical supply, construction equipment, or industrial goods)
  • Proficiency in Solid Commerce or other inventory management platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Airtable for database and workflow tracking
  • Strong organizational and visual documentation skills
  • Experience with eBay or other e-commerce platforms a plus
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus)

Essential Duties
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive and inspect all incoming inventory.
    • Assign barcodes or internal tracking IDs.
    • Photograph equipment and parts accurately for records and online listings.
    • Input inventory details (SKU, description, condition, storage location) into Solid Commerce.
    • Monitor and maintain up-to-date inventory levels.
    • Track warehouse locations across 3 sites to ensure rapid retrieval.
  • Data & Systems
    • Maintain clean, structured, searchable inventory records in Solid Commerce.
    • Perform routine audits to reconcile physical inventory against system records.
    • Generate regular inventory and movement reports.
  • eCommerce & Listing
    • Draft and publish listings for select items on eBay and other resale platforms.
    • Write accurate and compelling product descriptions. Upload high-quality images and tag items appropriately.
    • Respond to inquiries related to listed items.
