Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, financial/data analysis, or supply chain analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with key analytical tools.
  • Certifications such as Yellow/Green/Black Belt, PMI-PMP, or PMI-PBA are considered assets.

As an Intermediate Performance Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain strategy—developing key performance indicators, automating dashboards, and applying advanced analytics to optimize processes. You’ll collaborate across teams, leverage cutting-edge tools, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence.

Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary education in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, financial/data analysis, or supply chain analytics.
  • Hands‑on experience with tools like Alteryx, Tableau, VBA, SQL, and Python.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience with data warehouse architecture and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Certifications such as Yellow/Green/Black Belt, PMI‑PMP, or PMI‑PBA are considered assets.

Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Please note this position requires a full‑time, in‑office presence.
