About the role

We’re looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing team. You’ll contribute to designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable applications while strengthening your technical expertise. You’ll work independently on moderately complex projects, collaborate closely with teammates, and start shaping solutions with a view of the bigger picture: how systems connect, how decisions affect others, and how to balance technical quality with business goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow into a senior-level developer.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable software systems.
  • Work with peers to plan, break down, and deliver features from concept to production.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews to uphold quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production.
  • Share ideas in planning sessions, asking thoughtful questions and proposing improvements.
  • Follow and help improve engineering best practices (testing, version control, coding standards).
A little about you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of software development experience, ideally in an Agile, team-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and engineering practices.
  • Proven experience delivering production-ready features from design to deployment.
  • Understanding of client-server architecture, including HTTP protocols and methods, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and DevOps concepts (a plus).
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
