A leading construction utility contractor in Edmonton is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join its finance team. The role involves financial analysis, account reconciliations, and month-end reporting. Candidates should have a post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in the construction or heavy equipment sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems is preferred. This position offers competitive benefits, including an RRSP matching program.
Our Finance group is currently looking to add an Intermediate Accountant to our growing team, based in Edmonton, AB.
Reporting to the Fleet Controller, this position works closely with the Finance and Fleet teams on account reconciliations and financial analysis. This role is accounting-focused, with responsibility for month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and operational financial analysis supporting fleet performance and asset decisions.
