Russell Tobin Canada is actively seeking experienced and compassionate ICU-trained Registered Nurses for Penticton, BC, for contractual positions. These roles offer a full scope of practice in Intensive Care Units, supporting critically ill patients with complex medical needs.

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled and dedicated ICU Nurses to join our dynamic team in British Columbia. As an ICU Nurse, you will be on the front lines of critical care, providing expert support to patients in life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU


• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment


• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes


• Offer emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation


• Support patient transfers to other departments or facilities

Qualifications

• Current RN license in British Columbia


• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred


• Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience


• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
