Team Lead – Digital Insurance Sales

Your success stems from supporting the Digital Sales Leader in creating an exceptional environment that fosters success for everyone. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals and targets. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your leader.
  • Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance.
  • Ensure your team\'s client activities are dealt with effectively.
  • Work with Account Executives to quote and cross sell products to new clients to contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Monitor lead management for the entire team to ensure the customer experience is exceptional.
  • Role modelling expected behaviors by reaching out to customers when required, placing complex risks and other behaviors that contribute to a strong and successful team.
  • Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.
  • Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses.

Hours

Full Time, Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours / week within Digital Sales team operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm (MST) and rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 4:30pm (MST) and occasionally Statutory Holidays 9:00am - 5:00pm (MST)
