CONTACT CENTER - INSURANCE BROKER

Are you looking for a flexible, work from home opportunity? Our Contact Centre is hiring remote Contact Centre Insurance Representatives!

Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for proactively meeting customers’ needs in a high volume contact centre. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, that like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
  • Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers
  • Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs
  • Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions
  • Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
  • Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities
What you bring / Qualifications
  • Level 2 General Insurance License required, or a Level 1 with the ability to acquire Level 2 within 90 days of hire
  • 2-3 years in a sales or customer service role with demonstrated passion for exemplary customer service
  • Professional experience building rapport with customers on the phone and over email
Location and Schedule
  • Location: Remote in Alberta, Canada
  • Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week
  • Mon–Fri 7am–7pm PST
  • Saturday 9am–5pm PST
