Job description

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, negotiating, and closing deals for new and used equipment, as well as equipment support services like parts, service, and preventative maintenance agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new customers through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Create professional proposals and quotations consistent with our brand.
  • Negotiate and close deals successfully.
  • Handle administrative duties, including billing, collecting signed agreements, and coordinating equipment delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to update promotional materials and prepare advertisements.
  • Work with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Report detailed sales activity to the Sales Manager.
  • Visit customers as required and perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to consistently deliver exceptional service to customers and team members.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic, and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Must have own car, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel across North America.
Training, Education, and Experience
  • 2–3 years of sales experience or in a similar role.
  • Post‑secondary education in a related discipline preferred.
  • High school diploma required.

Working Conditions
  • Based in our Surrey office.
