As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in person, aiming to build long-term relationships by converting prospects into customers and clients. This role involves sales activities from lead generation through project management, including developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to meet personal and business growth goals. You will collaborate with the center’s management and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Our ideal candidate is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and skilled at building relationships. Excellent listening, documentation, and organizational skills are highly valued. You will learn to prepare estimates, execute work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished products. Participation in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing strategies, and contributing to the center’s success are key components of this role.
