OPPORTUNITY TO BE EARNING £50k PA WITHIN 8 WEEKS!
IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS NO EXPERIENCE, BUT IS A GOOD COMMUNICATOR AND IS HUNGRY TO LEARN AND MAKE MONEY!
£27k BASIC PLUS £30k TO £40k PER ANNUM COMMISSION

e-Careers is an established, fast-growing edtech SME that specialises in upskilling individuals through professional qualifications in eLearning & virtual classrooms which help fill skills gaps in the market.

All new starters are provided with comprehensive training by our in-house trainer and regular weekly ongoing training will help you become an industry expert very quickly!

We will equip you with the information and skills you'll need to succeed at the job and earn the commission you desire.

Responsibilities:
  • Outbound calls pitching courses in a consultative style from warm leads (NO COLD CALLING EXPECTED)
  • Meeting and exceeding (achievable) sales targets consistently
  • Follow up with the customer to close the sale
  • Management of prospects and sales through CRM
  • Presenting new products/services and cross-selling to both existing and new clients
  • Demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values
Requirements:
  • Be hungry to earn commission through selling in a busy telesales environment
  • Be excited to sell a product that will help change customers' lives (online professional qualifications)
  • A good understanding of the latest technology and market trends would be an advantage
  • Showcase a willingness to learn
  • Be committed, professional, reliable, target driven and ambitious
  • Have confidence in verbal and written communication skills
  • Have good math’s skills and be IT literate
  • Have a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers
  • Understand the importance of compliance in the telesales environment
