Inside Sales & Program Enablement Specialist

At VersaFile, we're helping organizations modernize how they manage and leverage content in the era of AI. We're looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales & Program and Enablement Specialist to support our growing team as we expand our intelligent content management business.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales or customer success career who enjoys working across marketing, sales, and client delivery teams helping turn interest into opportunity and ensuring clients have a smooth journey from first contact to success.

Youll play a key role in coordinating lead follow-up, supporting sales administration, and enabling client programs that align with our vision for intelligent content and process automation.

As we continue to expand, we need someone who can bridge the gap between sales execution and customer enablement, ensuring opportunities dont fall through the cracks and clients receive the attention they deserve. This role will help us work smarter, move faster, and deliver greater value, both internally and to our clients.

What Youll Do
  • Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, CRM updates, and tracking opportunities.
  • Assist with marketing-driven outreach following up on inbound leads, event leads, and campaign engagement.
  • Help coordinate content solution enablement programs, ensuring clients and prospects receive the right materials and touchpoints.
  • Manage and organize sales enablement materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for new or potential clients, providing friendly and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with Consulting and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent client experiences.
  • Track engagement metrics and share insights with the broader team.
  • Provide support to the sales function such as quote preparation, scheduling, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • 13 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, marketing enablement, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about content management technologies (M-Files, Box, SharePoint, etc.) and AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset you enjoy helping others succeed.
Nice to Have Qualifications
  • Experience working with Box, Sharepoint or other content management solutions.
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools or lead generation workflows.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success practices or post-sale client engagement.
  • Interest in growing into a Customer Success Manager or Account Executive role over time.
  • Background in technology or professional services industries.

Our head office is in Vancouver, but this is a remote work from home role, with the ability to work anywhere in Canada.

Salary
  • Base Salary range : CAD $60,000 - 80,000 per year
  • OTE : $80,000 - 100,000 per year
  • We will base the salary on the candidate's skills, experience and organizational fit.
