The Role:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and urgency
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and general support
  • Assist with job setup and customer onboarding
  • Coordinate with the operations and project teams to ensure accurate scheduling and service delivery
  • Track and update customer information through CRM systems
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions, services, or additional support options
  • Support outbound follow-up initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and uncover new opportunities
  • Gather customer insights and report trends to the leadership team
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or multi-trade environments is an asset
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable learning new software and mobile applications
  • Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
