The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are continually searching for passionate beauty lovers eager to assist customers with their beauty needs, whether it be hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. We provide the necessary knowledge and training—your passion and personality are what matter most!

Your Role At Cosmoprof

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to suit various needs.

Requirements: Legal & Physical

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors periodically.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: The role involves long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and occasionally lifting moderately heavy items. Exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, and irritant chemicals may occur.
