You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless scheduling and control of daily operations on the production line, helping to deliver high-quality products on time in alignment with the Master Production Schedule.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (manufacturing, industrial, procurement, and logistics), analyze data to optimize production processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools, and much more.

Schedule and control the daily operations on the production line, so that they are manufactured on time in accordance with the Master Production Schedule.

We\'ll look to you for

  • Launch, coordinate and control the progress of Work Orders according to the MPS (Manufacturing planning & scheduling)
  • On a daily basis, coordinate with logistic, material planning and quality to allow the manufacturing team to produce as per the plan
  • Monitor production plan adherence and analyze the root causes of delay of the production plan and their impact
  • Identify the bottlenecks as well as all other possible risks on the production plan
  • Calculate manufacturing and testing workload inside the Planning Tool / ERP
  • Identify the quantity of resources needed per workshop, metier, skills
  • Report the Work In Progress (WIP) and Finished goods (FG) for Hard Inventory (HI) consolidation in time
  • Report the Manufacturing Throughput and Production Performance KPIs in time
  • Guarantee that the data inside the ERP (SAP) / Core Planning Tool are updated
  • Ensure that priorities as planned in the MPS are clearly displayed and updated at shop floor level (visual management)
  • Contribute to data accuracy check related to BOM/Routings in collaboration with Industrialization
  • Follow-up daily the progress of Work Orders through close exchanges with EPU/Line managers
  • Check plan orders readiness to ensure work orders can be launched on time and analyze exception messages of the MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
  • Alert the industrial and supply chain teams about issues impacting plan execution (missing parts, quality issues, production stoppage, technical data)
  • Manage the information workflow of work orders: job release, material consumption
  • Provide the line-feeding priorities visibility to the logistics team in order to secure the production
  • Contribute to minimize the product throughput time and maintain optimum WIP (Working In Progress)
  • Collaborate to the quarterly S&OP: Build the industrial planning for opportunities in coherency with inputs from project team, site strategic plan and provide output to central S&OP team for global consolidation
  • Perform operations workload versus workforce analysis and analyze bottlenecks (site capacity)
  • Follow and promote the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) rules and guidelines
  • Support the manufacturing site and supply chain team in continous improvement as per APSYS guidelines

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing planning, production scheduling, production management, or operational supply chain with relevant usage of ERP (ideally SAP) in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledgeable of industrial planning, production management, logistics, inventory management, material planning in a manufacturing environment preferable electronics or electrical components
  • Experience or good knowledge of MRP and Production Scheduling tools
  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP), data analysis and reporting processes
  • Familiarity with lean tools and methodologies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and innovative mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
