Penta Equipment is a Canadian agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR Mixers, Spreaders, and Dump Boxes. With over 25 years in business, we've built a reputation for producing durable, high-quality farm equipment designed to perform in real-world conditions.

Our Manufacturing operations are based in Glencoe and Thamesville, ON. Part and components are produced in Glencoe and shipped to Thamesville for final assembly, finishing, and shipping.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our Finishing Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting every stage of the finishing process. From blasting and body work to priming and top coating, to deliver high-quality finishes on agricultural equipment and components.

You’ll work as part of a flexible, collaborative team where coordination, quality, and consistency are key to meeting production goals and maintaining exceptional finish standards.

What You Bring

  • Perform blasting and surface preparation to ensure proper profile, cleanliness, and coating readiness.
  • Complete body work and surface repair, including sanding, filling, and finishing to meet quality standards.
  • Apply primer and topcoat finishes according to specifications, maintaining consistent coverage, film build, and appearance.
  • Inspect work at every stage to verify surface condition and coating quality, addressing or reporting issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and complaint workspace following all environmental, safety, and housekeeping standards.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to balance workloads and maintain production flow through blasting, body, and paint areas.
