A machinery company in Metro Vancouver is seeking a skilled individual to construct and repair machinery at their facility. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and must be able to read blueprints and operate machining tools. This position requires onsite work, as remote options are not available.

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Construct foundations for machinery.
• Repair or replace defective machinery parts.
• Operate machining tools to fabricate parts.
• Install machinery and equipment.
• Operate hoisting and lifting equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
