The Industrial Engineer will provide direction to improve the organization’s overall production processes, systems and procedures. The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing operations, working with operations personnel to design optimal workflows and production processes, increasing efficiencies, and assisting to ensure that final products meet established quality standards. The Industrial Engineer will be fully engaged in the implementation of the manufacturing processes, automation and equipment that will be incorporated into PreCon’s new production facility in Woodstock, ON.
