A non-profit organization in Midland, Ontario, is seeking volunteer Board Members to oversee governance and ensure alignment with its mission. Candidates should have experience in healthcare or community support services and a commitment to the organization's objectives. Board meetings occur at least six times a year, providing a platform for individuals dedicated to promoting independent living for community members.

The Board of Directors will hold regular board meetings not less than six times a year, at least once per quarter plus the AGM in September. Additional committee meetings are held throughout the year. The meetings are held in the early evenings virtually. The term of service for ILS board members is 3 years.
