• Assist with preparation of personal (T1) tax returns under supervision
• Organize and review client tax documents (T4s, T5s, receipts, etc.)
• Enter client information into tax preparation software
• Follow checklists and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with team members regarding missing or unclear information
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
• Provide general administrative support during tax season
• Seasonal / contract role (tax season)
• Part-time or full-time hours available
• Training and supervision provided
