About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our client’s team in Montréal. This role focuses on strengthening the security, resilience, and efficiency of enterprise Azure infrastructures, while ensuring seamless usability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change by proposing innovative approaches in cloud security, role, and privilege management.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Azure IAM and cloud security for stakeholders and projects.
• Optimize and evolve role- and privilege-based access controls (RBAC model) in Azure.
• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices.
• Reinforce policies and standards for granting access and privileges.
• Assess recommendations, evaluate impacts, and plan change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise cloud security policies.
• Represent the IAM unit within security teams.
• Analyze and resolve complex access / security challenges.
• Support team members and contribute to daily operations.
• Review and improve frameworks, guides, and procedures.
• Deliver analyses on features and tools to enhance IAM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including strong expertise in Identity and Access Management.
• Equivalent education / experience combinations may be considered.
