Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems development.
• Experience with system integrations.
• Experience in healthcare and insurance domain (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and manage dependencies.
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Drive sprint planning and conduct regular walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test plans and support UAT.
• Oversee release management activities and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to security and privacy standards.
• Provide ongoing support and coordinate issue resolution.
