• 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing and/or supply chain management.
• Basic understanding of Credit and A/R.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, qualify, process, and expedite all sales orders for SNA business partners.
• Directs and coordinates to ensure accurate master data and timely shipment.
• Supports KPI's and yearly goals by implementing improvements.
• Provides timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.
