Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, or business required.
  • 5 years equivalent experience in a related industry acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and process large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Exhibit a strong interest in customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal and external Accounts Receivable departments.
  • Effectively communicate with and direct internal team members.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Maintain records of invoicing activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve invoicing processes.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
  • Actively involved in all digital sales activities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in time management skills.
  • Take lead on individual projects.
  • Develop knowledge of best practices.
  • Assist other branches with order processing.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
