• 2 years of experience required.
• Experience with inter-company transactions and foreign currency is an asset.
• Experience managing employee expense accounts and corporate credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming invoices, employee expenses reports, and credit card statements.
• Obtain all payment approvals from managers.
• Reconcile purchase orders with invoices.
• Open supplier accounts in the accounting system.
• Enter all invoices in accounting system.
• Verify aging reports.
• Prepare check runs.
• File and archive documents.
